About the Artist
Taylor‑Lee is a young Indigenous artist from the southern Gold Coast (Kungadidji), whose passion for surfing, skating and painting shapes her creative work. In 2023, her artwork for NAIDOC Week was commended by the Queensland Government and she was awarded the Young, Black & Proud Scholarship. She creates and shares her art under the name Ochre_Sisters alongside her younger sister.
