Welcome to Conch & Co. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Conch & Co.

We operate this website and online store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify, to provide you with products and information.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all purchases are made directly with Conch & Co.

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Conch & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the state or territory in which Conch & Co is registered.
