Conch & Co is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at checkout.

Orders must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been shipped and is in the care of Australia Post, delivery and handling of the parcel is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry or investigation using your tracking number.
