Refund policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and a repair or replacement for a minor failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved change of mind returns will receive store credit only.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept change of mind returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings or personal care items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

These items are still covered if faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@conchco.com.au with your order number and photos.

We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
